Oak Village Academy™ in Cary Launches Building Hope Scholarship Program
The Building Hope Scholarship Foundation will work together with Oak Village Academy to provide the necessary resources to provide a child in need with a preschool program that they could not afford elsewhere.
CARY, NC (October 25, 2019) – Adam Zablud and Alicia Fink of Oak Village Academy announced the formation of the Building Hope Scholarship Foundation. The goal for the Building Hope Scholarship Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, is to raise money to provide a scholarship for a child, or children, who due to their parent’s financial situation and/or pursuance of further education for themselves, do not have the opportunity to attend a high-quality preschool.
The purpose of the Oak Village Academy Building Hope Scholarship is to award tuition for childcare for a family in need in the community. Money will be raised through donations to fund each child’s tuition for the year. The Foundation will continue to raise money for the duration of each child’s attendance at the school for up to five years or until they go to kindergarten.
The selection process for the Building Hope Scholarship includes an application and an interview process. Parents who believe they qualify for the scholarship can fill out an application and submit it to the board of directors for the Building Hope Scholarship.
“We saw a need in the community to provide a quality educational experience for young children that may not be able to have that opportunity without assistance. The Building Hope scholarship will focus on families that struggle or are in a situation where they need quality and loving education for their children so they can further their own education or work, so we can take some of the stress off the everyday family,” said Alicia Fink, COO of School Operations at Oak Village Academy. “Our goal is for everyone who hears and reads about this to donate something to the program so we can help as many children as possible.”
Individuals and companies can become supporters of the Building Hope Scholarship Foundation through a donation to the program.
